Crystal Healing is one of those natural therapies that people find the most difficult to accept; yes, crystals are beautiful, so many different colours and yes, they are lovely to hold and feel, but to think that a little stone can be so powerful that it can actually heal is quite difficult to comprehend .............. until you start thinking about them from a different perspective.

Crystals work by emitting an energetic vibration; each particular type of crystal emits a vibration that is specific to that type of stone and each vibrational frequency exactly corresponds to the energetic vibrational frequency of a particular part of our body, whether it be our organs, bones, fluids, tissues, muscles, skin, etc., and by the crystals sending out their energy or ‘messages’ to the body, they can ‘feed’  energy into the areas that are in need or depleted bringing back homeostasis (balance).  They also work on the vibrations of emotions calming stress, lifting depression, quietening the mind.
